
Are you struggling with your New Years resolutions? I know that I do, every year. But we make them, ever year. Then we fail. We falter. We mess up.
I encourage resolutions! It’s never a bad thing to try to better yourself. Resolutions are about bringing out the best in ourselves, digging deep and coming up with an image. This image is of a happier, healthier us!
So, why is it so hard to keep our resolutions? Maybe it’s the simple fact that we push ourselves too fast and too hard. We’re simply not ready to change in a month, so when we don’t see big changes by the end of the month, we tend to lose hope.
What can we do to keep up hope and keep up on our resolutions?

- Don’t let failure be the last word

- Don’t trust motivation and willpower alone
