My Morning Coffee

Every morning I set my alarm for 6am. I get up & get dressed to start my day, this is an important step, as it signals to my brain that I am ready to start my day. The next thing that I do is make my morning coffee.

This is my alone time…

Everyone knows that I spend the hours of 6-7am on my personal development. I sit at my dining room table and tackle my happiness journal, first. I am currently using the Sweet Ass Journal to Develop your Happiness Muscle in 100 days.

Once I get my gratitude down in my journal, I spend some time on TikTok looking a current trends & watching motivational videos. Including social media in my personal development is a newer thing for me. In the past I tried to stay away from social media during my me-time. But, I have come to find out that by scheduling some scrolling time & focusing on finding positive messages for my business, I can knock out 2 things at once.

If I’m not in the mood for social media, I will work on my affirmations. On the wall of my bedroom I have my Vision Board & a list of affirmations…

Starting my day off with positive messages & getting some work done at the same time, feels amazing. It might not be right for everyone, so you need to find the rhythm that works best for you.
