This is a co-creative relationship. I see us as equals and I encourage you to do the same. I am not a therapist, counselor, or consultant. I am a trained coach & I will use my training in communication & listening skills to support you as a partner in your journey. Together we will create a path towards effective meaningful change & take action-steps towards your forward movement.
If you are seeking to change something about yourself, it takes time, most clients will start to feel a positive shift after the first session. However, healthy habits take time & work to develop & take effect in your life. We will work on new ways of reacting, responding, & perceiving your life. The work in this journey will help you become more aware of your choices & options available to you in each moment, over time, your life, relationships, & sense of self will begin to evolve. If you are serious about change, commit to coaching.

Your Role
It is vital that you make our coaching sessions a priority. You are on a journey & have chosen to invest in yourself. Take some time before each session to review what we have been working on. Commit to completing any action-steps & homework to the best of your ability. Come to our sessions with a commitment to your journey & have an idea of what you would like to take away from the session. Coaching is based on your journey.
It is your responsibility to arrive at every session on time. Be willing to change your beliefs & patterns that no longer serve you. Be open-minded & centered.
During your coaching experience, it is important to give me feedback in the moment, speak up about what works as well as what doesn’t work. Never worry about hurting my feelings or fear judgment from me. If something I say does not resonate with you, please let me know.
My Role
This is your journey. I am here to listen closely to you, respond to what I hear & ask questions. If I have an intuitive idea, thought, image, or exercise, I will share it with you & ask you questions that reflect your goals. It is often the small nuances that create the biggest shifts for clients. Remember if it does not follow your journey, tell me. I am not attached to being right!
At the end of every session, if you do not mention the action-steps that you are ready to take, I will make a coach request. I ask my clients to stretch themselves by deepening the work we do in sessions with homework. These assignments are done between sessions & can include journaling, taking a defined action, resolving relationships or investigating things that feel incomplete. I encourage you to negotiate, accept or decline the assignments. Most of our work will be in regards to self-awareness & choices.
