What makes you happy?

Is it a lot easier to come up with a list of things that make us unhappy, than it is to come up with a list of things that make us happy. Why is that, do you think?

Happiness can feel like a fleeting emotion at times. Hard to reach and even harder to hold onto – much like a fish out of water. But put that fish back in the water and the result is beautiful. Watching a fish swim is like watching a talented dancer cross the stage.

This is why we see fish tanks in offices – they are calming.

So, how do we put the happy back in happiness? How do we make be happy our natural state? What makes us happy?

We must first re-equalize ourselves to be happy… now I don’t believe in “faking it” but sometimes we have to reach deep inside to find that tiny bit of joy that lives inside of us all and pull it out! Then we take that tiny joy and multiply the heck out of it.

Re-equalizing yourself to happiness, brings your base emotions to the positive side. So, instead of having a harder time coming up with a list of things that make you happy, you will start having a harder time coming up with a list of things that make you unhappy.

This sounds a bit like a complicated math problem…. so, how do we make the happiness thing easier?
